The Art of Kintsugi
Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold, highlighting history rather than hiding it. In therapy, we view your healing as a restorative process that reveals unexpected strength and grace. While trauma often leaves us feeling broken or unwhole, healing is possible.

A Safe Place to Find Rest

Jordan Schrock (Turney), MA, LPC, CCTP-II, PMH-C
My work has always focused on finding ways to support women in the spaces that are so often overlooked. I began my counseling career in the substance abuse field in 2013. I walked alongside many women through early recovery, witnessing how unaddressed trauma often created the heaviest hurdles to lasting peace. This led me to redirect my career to trauma treatment in 2018, and becoming fully certified in EMDR in 2020, and extensively trained in attachment based trauma and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My mission became even more personal following my own experience with perinatal trauma; I saw firsthand the profound need for specialized support during these vulnerable transitions. Now holding a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C), I am deeply honored to offer a soft place to land for those navigating childhood wounds, relational trauma, or the complexities of motherhood. Using a gentle integration of EMDR, IFS, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, I am here to help you quiet the noise and find your steady ground again. You don’t have to carry these burdens alone—we will walk this path together.
